Sold in pairs to be used setup to use my axle shaft and compatible with my brake kits. Drill bits are recommended and available in the tools section of the wheels category. Installed as designed the brakes will remain stationary and the wheels will spin. Any tire that has the same corresponding size will fit this wheel, the tires that are available can be found HERE
