Description
3D Printed Ford 9″ Differential. The axle rod goes fully through and my brake kits can be installed on the ends of the tubes. Axle tubes are glued into the center section and are held securely. I have found the best result is to assemble the assembly with an axle shaft installed then place a small amount of CA glue on the outside end of the axle tubes then insert them into the center section while turning to spread out the glue. The same works for attaching the brakes.
